A good clean surface is the basis for any long lasting restoration procedure. We have a wide variety of highly specialized equipment to produce the cleanest possible surface. Our machines are fast and very effective at this most important step in the restoration process. Heavy duty industrial flooring and lining materials do not require special maintenance beyond normal cleaning procedures include mopping, hot water wash down, high pressure (>1500psi) power washing, and scrubbing machines. Parkade Coatings

Innovo Floors can install the Kelmar parkade system from Technical Barrier Systems.

The Kelmar System is a multi-layered, totally engineered system. The Kelmar System consists of a waterproofing membrane protected by a durable wear course, offering the ultimate protection against leakage and chloride ion penetration in parking structures, stadiums, plaza decks, balconies, pedestrian bridges and walkways.

Floor Removal

Realizing that yesterday's methods no longer cut it in today's competitive surface removal market, Innovo Floors uses high capacity floor removal systems for removal of flooring, asbestos or non-asbestos.

The systems consist of a high capacity floor covering remover for VCT, VAT, carpets, etc., and a shot blast or diamond grind system for mastics and paints. The stripper removes floor tiles, vinyl flooring, carpet, and many other types of flooring.

Our other high capacity floor removal systems, remove mastics, glue or paints, to clean concrete or steel surfaces in a virtually dust free manner. The two complimentary systems leave a clean substrate ready to be treated by floor technicians or other trades.

This equipment has been successfully used in shopping centers, in commercial and industrial buildings.

Stained Concrete

Staining concrete is one of the most popular applications for transforming concrete slabs.
